This gown wowed me since I first laid eyes on it. The colour is Ivory over light gold - so the skirt under the ivory tulle is a light gold colour but the tulle itself and the bodice are ivory in colour. The colour of the gown is simply beautiful, it's more flattering to different skin tones than bright white. The beadwork and lace on the bodice are stunning. The photos barely do it justice, the gown just sparkles in real-life.

The corset tie-up at the back has two options for either a thick or thin ribbon, and you can either tie it in a bow (as shown) or tuck it in. The corset means you won't need to get alterations to the bust. The A-line figure is very comfortable and flattering. I originally did not want a strapless dress but found this dress to be very comfortable and I did not have to adjust myself at all during my wedding day. The corset back kept everything in place comfortably.

There is a short train and I've added a bustle to pull it up for dancing.

Here is the description from Sottero and Midgely's website:

Full bridal illusion gown with corset closure. Gathered tulle with embellished lace falls over Chic Organza. A Chic Organza ribbon sash encircles the waist, and finishes with a bow at the center back. Rich beading creates a truly extraordinary sparkle, bringing out the richness of the lace.

Anyone in the local area is welcome to try on the gown before purchasing.
