I purchased this gorgeous wedding gown for my destination wedding. (it was a special order and custom made by Rivini) This gown is absolutely breathtaking, it is exquisite -it is made of a beautiful ivory French Alençon lace that is 100% silk and all under layers are silk as well. lace adorns each tier, and each tier is a slightly different lace - which makes it so incredibly breautiful. The attached sequined belt adds a dramatic and sparking detail, perfect for an evening or daytime wedding~ even black tie... The dress was worn for approximately 4-5 hours, during the Ceremony and Indoor Reception. The back of the dress is dramatic, with the scalloped lace coming together in wonderful detail (see pictures), and a low back closure. I searched all over --for a YEAR--- until I found this dress! (San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, Newport Beach & Laguna Niguel, Palm Springs, even Atlanta (say yes to the dress) and knew as soon as I tried it on, this was the ONE!... It is in close to perfect condition, with no stains or tears on the dress itself, & no tears except a couple of very, tiny imperfections/slight tears underneath the gown which are hardly noticeable and repairable!... underneath them hem which can be repaired very easily by flipping the tulle/accordian organza over where it was stitched, then it would be perfect. this can be done by an alterations person, and it is underneath/at bottom of the hem, so it does not show, or wouldnt if dress needed to be shortened at all. The gown can also be shortened, and also taken out to a size 6, as it was taken in the week before my wedding but was not cut. I fell in love with this dress the first time I tried it on at Erin Cole Couture, and continued to look at other dresses for three months afterward, but found nothing that even came close to how beautiful this one was - and every one of my friends and family loved it when I sent them photos of the different dresses I was looking at, they all liked it the best, so I knew for sure that it was "the one"! Also my veil is also available separately for purchase (with the gown if purchased), it is an Erin Cole Classic Cathedral length Veil - made of the finest organic silk (valued at $950-$1000 dollars) which can also be pinned up for a shorter length if desired, and was only worn for about 15-20 minutes during first part of the wedding ceremony.
