This Nicole Miller dress is perfect if you are looking for a combination of modern/vintge with a very easy, yet glamorous look. I wanted something that was not too fairy-tale-ish, bt rather chic and glam and it is exactly what it was! I was probably between a size 4 and a 6 at the time, and it fit perfectly. This dress works for a beach, garden or even ball room wedding. Super versatile and elegant!
The line is very flattering and the fabric is the most forgiving ever! it is soft and wrinkled with a very faint metallic shimmer. I am 5' 7" and wore very high heels (5") and it was still long enough to cover my feet completely. It has a very small trail that gives you a romantic look.
If you are the moder bride type who wants something that says red carpet rather than cnderella, this is the dress for you!
Bonus advantage - if you need to travel or take this dress anywhere you literally toss it in the suitcase and off you go. The more wrinkled the nicer the silk tafetta looks and it won't lose it's shape. Perfect for a destination wedding without the traveling and packing worry.
Disclosure - the inside lining has a little tear done with my heel that will NOT show at all. It's easy to mend but it really won't make a difference since it's the low inside lining.
