Style & Wearability: This dress is a modified A-line that creates a flattering hourglass sihouette. Asymmetrical tiers give it a unique, modern sensibility. The dress has real buttons halfway down the back with a hidden zipper. The fabric is light ivory organza, which is cool and lightweight. It gives the dress a translucent, pearly, ethereal look and catches light beautifully, whether sunlight or candlelight. The train is chapel length and gorgeous. I have a picture that I can email, but it posts sideways on the site for some reason. I tried on 50+ dresses in three cities before I found this one, and it felt like a part of me from the moment I put it on. There's nothing fussy or costumey about it. It is simply, classically stunning. I felt confident and efortless in it, and I'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal.
Condition: The dress had a small pinkish spot on the right side, at the upper thigh. I had it spot cleaned, and it's now visible only if viewed up close and only if you already know it's there. There are no spots or pulled threads on the bodice. The buttons are in perfect shape. The skirt and underskirt are fluffy, like new. The dress looks new with minor flaws, and I'm confident that no one at your wedding will be able to tell it's been worn.
