Custom Hayley Paige gown! She added in layers of blue for me at the tulle bottom and it's layered in through the bodice as well. (Originally the silhouette of the Rae Gown)
Was altered to fit perfectly. Bustle buttons fell during wedding and will need to be re-done in alterations.
