Hayley Paige Halo 1600 Color block unclassified dresses

BEAUTIFUL Hayley Paige Halo dress! Ivory lace top with barely noticeable spaghetti straps - low back closure and zipper on the skirt. Skirt is tiered tulle layers with horsehair trim. There are slight stains on the silk part of the skirt (covered by tulle) from walking around outdoors the night of my wedding - can very EASILY be cleaned. There are a couple of minor tears in the tulle that a seamstress can take care of as well - full disclosure.
