Quick note about the dress length: I am 5'4'' and wore 3 inch heels which means the dress is about 5'7''. Someone shorter than 5'4'' could wear higher heels, or get the dress hemmed. Alternatively, the dress would also be perfect for someone who is taller than 5'4'' but looking to wear a smaller heel.
