Pronovias Delfos Chiffon unclassified dresses

This gorgeous Pronovias dress was purchased as a sample. It has never been worn and is un-altered. It has a strapless sweetheart neckline, ruched dropped waist and has lace applique and beading all throughout, and peek-a-boo tulle lace at the bottom. The pictures do not do this dress justice. I am a size 10 and was planning on altering this dress to fit my size.
