I ordered the beautiful Modern Trousseau 'Autumn' lace dress and then ultimately decided to wear my mother's dress. So now this dress is looking for a bride!
The dress is truly unique and very flattering with a rich romantic look that would work well in multiple settings (church, country club, mansion, garden, etc). Just "Google" the dress - you'll see it's a favorite among brides!
DRESS DETAILS
- Brand New and Unworn (NOT a store sample)
- Ivory Alencon lace overlay with champagne satin (official designer color name is Latte).
- Champagne satin sash (purchased separately) is included.
- Bridal size 12 (approx street size 6 or 8) - can easily be altered to a smaller size
- Available for viewing in Chicago, IL, Eastern TN and possibly NYC.
Please keep in mind that bridal sizing is very different from retail sizing. A Bridal Size 12 is NOT the same as a retail size 12. It's actually closer to a street size 6 or 8.
Don't judge the dress' actual size based on the pictures of me wearing the store sample. Bridal shops tend to order a larger size "just in case", which is what they did for me. So the actual dress available is a true Bridal Size 12. You can wear it as is, or alter it a little or a lot. This dress can easily be taken in as the bridal shop was planning on altering it down to a street size 2/4 for me.
A Note on Pictures: I've included pictures of myself wearing the bridal store's sample dress (w/ the store's belt and veil). These pictures do NOT represent the actual dress for sale and were included for illustrative purposes only. The actual dress is the same style and color but is BRAND NEW, not a worn, store sample. The other pictures are of the actual dress and the designer's stock photos. I'm happy to provide more pictures upon request.
