Inspired Gowns David's Bridal 9wg9927 Party unclassified dresses

This dress was purchased online.  It was supposed to be an exact replica of David's Bridal style 9wg9927.  When I ordered the dress I said it needed to be a size 22w.  When I recieved the dress it was about 4 sizes too small.  I am guessing it is about a size 16.  They didn't sew any labels into it.  I was going to wear this dress to my Fairytale Wedding but it was not the same dress when my mother-in-law to be tried it on (she is a size 16 and it fit well on her).  I have opted to instead g to David's Bridal and buy the dress I want so it has never been worn.
