Hayley Paige Pepper Chiffon unclassified dresses

Brand new, unaltered, never worn Hayley Paige Pepper ballgown! Label size 10, I typically wear a 6 and planned to have it altered down, but the dress is larger than that and would probably fit someone between an 8-10 as is. My bust is 36 and waist is 28. She's a beautiful dress, but by the time she came in, the vision for our wedding had changed and she is no longer right for my day.
